Inside Sales Representative
An opportunity now exists within Sales for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be aligned to Territory Manager(s) and is responsible for managing current accounts in a designated geographic or market area via telemarketing, cold calling, appointment setting and proactive contact. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying appropriate contacts, developing relationships with the accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, building the business case for HighJump solutions, and ultimately qualifying and driving leads through the sales pipeline. The solutions include: license, services and hardware.
Additionally, the Inside Sales Representative is expected to collaborate with Marketing, Support, Product Strategy, Territory Managers, and other Sales personnel to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns and offerings, and ensure that handoffs to the Territory Manager(s) and/or other team members are successful. Will be required to report on pipeline progress, territory development, and strategic territory accounts regularly to management.
