The Inside Sales Representative position is responsible for outbound prospecting, developing prospective clients and closing new business for users of the Balihoo software and service offerings. Your typical target prospect will be local franchisees or store owners of our national clients who spend significant sums on advertising. Ultimately, the goal of the Inside Sales Representative is to explain to prospective clients over the phone, email and use of web demos, how our products and services can help their business and sell them our solutions. The Inside Sales Representative should be an articulate, persuasive, and aggressive individual who can handle multiple, complex tasks simultaneously and be comfortable and confident working toward achieving assigned quotas and goals to measure individual performance.
Responsibilities include:
Outbound calls and emails to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities in assigned geographies and/or accounts
Identifying prospective client needs and closing new business
Accurately forecasting your pipeline quarterly and monthly
Contributing within the inside sales team by actively providing feedback to improve Balihoo processes and sales methodologies
The ideal candidate should be/have:
A college graduate with a degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications or a related major
3+ years of inside sales experience required
Strong communication skills ? both verbal and written (the majority of your interaction will be via telephone and email)
Proficient with technologies including Gotomeeting, Salesforce, MS Office, Outlook and various social media
This position is based in Boise, Idaho. Travel will not be required and relocation is not available for this position.
This position includes competitve base pay plus commission opportunities and stock options. Expected base salary is $35k with a total target of $75k at quota. In addition, Balihoo offers stock options, 401K with company match, health and family care benefits.
