Inside Sales Representative Basis Technology
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Basis Technology is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. Basis has a unique opportunity to establish itself as the leading provider of multilingual text/entity analytics and digital forensics, two technologies ready for widespread adoption in many vertical markets.
Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
Key Contributor in business creations through qualifying leads and pipeline/revenue generation.
Qualify inbound leads and opportunities for both commercial and government markets.
Work closely with the sales team to discuss what verticals are trending through the marketplace and within our inbound leads to help identify vertical markets to target to increase our lead volume and create new opportunities
Schedule technical demonstrations with prospective and existing customers
Coordinate the shipment of product evaluation software licenses
Perform market research using resources such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and any other helpful resources to identify target companies and contacts
Responsible for data entry of all leads gathered from trade shows, market research, business cards, etc.
Administrator for Salesforce, responsible for data quality, process enforcement and application improvements for the sales team
Follow up on unresponsive or previous inbound (unqualified or disqualified) leads
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing or the equivalent
3-5 years of inside sales experience
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Proficiency with Salesforce.com
Organized, Analytical, and Attentive to detail
Strong analytical skills, business ?smarts? and the ability to analyze data to spot grammatical or operations inaccuracies
Understanding of Enterprise Software is desired
Knowledge of the Text Analytics, Search and/or NLP space
