Inside Sales Representative 24/7 Customer
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED 247 is seeking an Inside Sales Representative as part of its sales and marketing organizations to support the company?s outside sales team in the United States. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, the Inside Sales Representative will work closely with sales management and account managers to initiate and develop qualified sales leads and aggressively set appointments for the direct/outside sales representatives. The position?s compensation will be comprised of a base and incentives for meeting/exceeding appointment setting quotas.
We are looking for a relationship builder. This position will often be the first point of contact for all potential customer relationships. As such, personal presentation skills, follow-up and integrity are critical to properly reflect our brand.
Build the pipeline, qualify raw leads and convert leads to marketing qualified opportunities.
Follow-up and qualify all inbound sales leads developed via marketing campaigns to acknowledge their interest in the company, ascertain the interest level of the lead, present the company?s solutions, define potential opportunities and plan appropriate action including setting appointments.
Prospect into anonymous web lead visitors report daily to identify interest and potential opportunities.
Cold calling into target accounts to introduce 247 and identify key decision makers.
Setting a minimum of 10 appointments per month for the direct sales team.
Maintain accurate account, opportunity and contact information in SFDC and help develop and deliver reports to management.
Providing feedback gained from talking with prospects/leads to marketing and sales management.
Assist with the development of marketing content including email campaigns, white papers, presentation decks and other marketing collateral.
Help manage the company?s Marketo marketing automation system to nurture leads.
Handle inbound phone calls and chat requests.
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record of prospecting and selling technology products to Fortune 2000-caliber companies, preferably in line-of-business applications.
Excellent lead generation, cold calling, relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills. While cold calling is only one component of this position, the appropriate candidate must be a fearless cold caller.
Technical aptitude with the ability to effectively present the company?s solutions to both technical and business/operational audiences.
Strong customer service orientation, persistence, and ability to follow through.
Strong sense of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-pace, results driven, and start-up environment.
Meticulous organizational skills.
Fluency in SalesForce.com. Familiarity with Marketo or other marketing automation software highly desired. Experience with chat systems desirable.
BS in Business Administration, Marketing or related field and a minimum 2 years of demonstrated inside sales and/or relevant work credentials.
