This position is a sales position and your duties will include following up and closing sales on in-bound leads, setting up product evaluations and working with prospects through the evaluation process, developing and closing business, maintaining customer relationships, and prospecting for customer leads. Maintaining the relationship will involve working with customers, together with internal customer support and customer service for all assigned current and future customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify new sales opportunities using prospecting and account management skills
Generate business revenues from new prospects and existing customersProvide the technical guidance throughout the evaluation process to instill confidence with the sales prospects
Maintain a good level of service and support with existing customers
Provide weekly verbal and written reports, opportunities and
forecasted closure of deals
Exercise judgment with defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Possess thorough knowledge of company and products/services
Be able to present and sell our solutions to all levels within the organization
Send direct mail marketing/sales literature to prospective clients
Qualify and follow up with sales leads
BA/BS degree is a must
1 to 2 years of relevant sales/ business development experience preferably in technical sales
Demonstrated ability to present effectively and to sell to a technical solution
Strong skills in communication, negotiation, organization, and teamwork
Desire to work from a central location with emphasis on selling over the phone
