About the Job:This is a hunter sales job where you'll receive a combination of one week formal training and then be partnered with a mentor to help you get selling right away; you can even earn commissions from day one. We want candidates who work harder than most and are driven to earn high commissions by overachieving. So we've designed our compensation plan to include a realistic quota, base salary plus "uncapped" monthly commissions. The job requires someone who is very comfortable working the phones --- you'll need to do 30+ calls daily and you should also be comfortable doing web based demos to customers. Additionally, college graduates with 1-2 years of successful B2B selling experience who want to get to their next career level are ideal.
This is not your everyday sales job; it is an opportunity to play an integral role in helping us build an amazing company while working for a profitable and growing company.
What You Need:
--A high level of motivation and self-initiative to be an overachiever.
--Superior communications and listening skills.
--Resiliency.
--Experience working in a metric-driven environment t and the desire to be #1.
--Comfortable with technology sales tools such as SalesForce and conducting webinars and go-to-meetings.
--Able to work cross-functionally within the organization with Client Services and Accounting teams.
--Have a strong sense of pace and urgency to ensure timely customer follow-up.
