The Base Expansion ISR is has the sole responsibility of prospecting, negotiating and generating revenue in Enterprise size companies (currently defined as ?1000 employees).
Develop qualified leads/ opportunities by researching, cold calling, and networking within assigned territory - prospects over 1000 employees
Responsible for generating opportunities from outbound calling/ emailing and creating opportunities in assigned target territories
3-5 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role. Consistent over-quota achievement. Experience selling technology to CXO as well as VP?s of lines of business. Experience with SPIN Selling or other large/major account sales methodology. Presentation skills a plus
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly & annual quotas.
Identify, process, and qualify prospects into sales opportunities
Be comfortable and proficient in identifying key decision makers across various organizations inside our ideal customer profile
Uncovering the compelling events/ pains that will drive qualified opportunities
Effectively communicate our value proposition to potential contacts at all levels within the organization
Utilize SalesForce.com for all sales tracking and activities maintain current and accurate records in SFDC
Accurate and weekly updates of forecast actively participate in weekly team calls with regional managers
Excellent Communication Skills
Proven work ethic and consistent track record of achievement
Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to close business
Proficient at selling to C level executives
Attend territory live events (Trade shows, customer meetings) as needed, generally 2-4/calendar year
Engage with local and regional partner channels to drive additional business
Knowledge of SFDC, Google, Webex
