Inside Sales Representative Automated Insights
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Automated Insights is looking for a hungry sales professional who will thrive in a fast-pace, entrepreneurial environment. The position will report to the VP of Sales and will help qualify new leads as well as directly targeting large enterprise prospects in verticals covered by Automated Insights (Ai) natural language technology (finance, business intelligence, web analytics, personal fitness and quantified self, automotive tech, sports and any market where there are large amounts of structured data).
This position will also provide an opportunity to help expand the reach and profitability of the content Ai owns and operates under the Wordsmith family of products - specifically Wordsmith for Marketing. As such, experience and/or interest in SaaS-based subscription selling and experience with Google Analytics and or Digital Media Marketing Agencies is a plus.
Salary will include base salary, performance-based commission structure, bonuses and stock options. Support the overall process of new opportunity identification, prioritization and management to ensure Automated Insights maximizes its short, medium and long-term revenue goals and shareholder returns
Meet and exceed pipeline and quota targets
Lead Generation and Outbound Calling on specific targeted campaigns
Answer & qualify all inbound leads
Direct selling of companies new SaaS product launches (including Wordsmith for Marketing)
Support Sales Execs for assigned territory
Assist marketing with profiling of accounts, competition, markets and with data gathering
Follow up on large campaigns and event attendees as required
Evangelize product set externally to new prospects
Liaise with marketing department and execute on campaigns
Consistently improve personal product knowledge, industry knowledge and communications skills
Provide timely and accurate business forecasts to sales management, including salesforce.com input
Minimum of 3 years of Business to Business telesales experience with proven results in a quota-oriented environment and/or previous related inside or outside sales experience
Excellent cold calling, selling, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Must be detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and a quick learner
Ambition and drive, with a strong desire to achieve goals and objectives
Maintain and develop Automated Insights' culture, values and reputation
Early stage experience with an entrepreneurial attitude and spirit
