Inside Sales Representative AppFolio
AppFolio is searching for highly motivated inside sales pros to sell our award-winning SaaS solution to small and medium sized Property Managers.
Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for prospecting, lead follow up, qualifying, solution selling and acquiring new business within their assigned territory along with building relationships for future sales and referrals.
Each Inside Sales Representative is responsible for applying a thorough understanding of AppFolio Property Management solutions, sales methodology, prospecting techniques as well as demonstrating and selling effectively over the phone.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Consistent achievement of monthly quotas using AppFolio sales methodologies
Identifying sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow up and networking.
Maintaining active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in AppFolio Property Manager
Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge about Appfolio Property Manager.
Developing and maintaining an understanding for assigned territory, marketplace, competitive offerings and other business issues relevant to achieving sales goals.
Documenting all sales activities in Salesforce and personal pipeline for accurate forecasting.
Providing Sales Management with forecasts and reports on sales activities and projects as requested in a timely fashion.
Skills and Knowledge:
2+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
Experience selling SaaS and / or financial/accounting applications a plus.
Experience using a consultative, solution based sales methodology a plus
Ability to develop trusted relationships
Ability and resilience to work in a fast paced, high volume sales environment
Proven record of success achieving and exceeding assigned quotas through prospecting, cold calling and tele-sales
BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
Strong computer skills, including Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint
