Perform lead generation and lead qualification and classification activities; to ensure Sales receives qualified, actionable leads that drive revenue. Set up Discovery calls for Account Executives through follow up with inbound leads and outbound campaigns to penetrate new accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Create and or generate prospective interest or inquiry into our business products or services, in accordance with 2009 strategic marketing plan and established lead process.
Qualify inbound ?inquiries? resulting from marketing programs/activities based on our universal lead definition (ULD) and ideal customer profile (ICP).
Handoff marketing qualified leads for sales acceptance or redirect individuals for nurturing.
First touch and processing for all incoming leads; distribution to sales team on leads generated from existing customers.
Encourage greater account development within new and assigned accounts.
Encourage market penetration within specific industries.
Accurately track and measure all leads as well as set and optimize the lead management process.
Minimum of 2 years proven sales B2B experience preferably in offering software-based enterprise solutions.
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
Proven success in previous experience.
Familiarity with Windows and Web based applications.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, analytical, and logical skills.
Ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas in person, over the telephone, and in written correspondence.
At ease establishing business relationships with individuals from various industries and at various corporate levels.
Well versed in Windows and Internet technologies.
Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
