We prefer candidates who are currently with or have prior experience with employment job sites such as Monster, CareerBuilder, Hotjobs, Jobcircle, etc. and have a proven track record succeeding in sales, prospecting, closing over the telephone, meeting and exceeding quotas, driving new business and servicing customers. Any e-commerce, B to B or recruiting experience is also preferred backgound. Qualifications include: ? Sound written and oral communication skills ? Previous telephone, cold calling sales experience . Strong closing skills . Comfortable dealing with decision-makers . High volume achiever ? Internet skills ? Proficient with Microsoft Office ? Ability to work well independently and as part of the team ? Self-motivated to sell and assist others ?
