As part of the sales team, your goal will be to generate the maximum amount of profitable sales through the achievement of sales targets and by making new and existing customers aware of Vox Mobile?s full offering suite. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with companies throughout the county and will be responsible for initial and future sales. You will focus on qualifying new business opportunities through provided leads, cold calling, research and data collection.
Generate sales to achieve maximum profitability against annual sales targets
Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing customers
Monitor customer accounts within the allocated sales area to ensure that Vox Mobile?s full offering suite is exposed
Establish and maintain effective communication links with other departments within Vox Mobile as well as outside the organization in order to identify all sales opportunities
Maintain accurate records of all sales activity & prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning using Netsuite
Maintain awareness of Vox Mobile?s full offering suite and of relevant sales techniques to ensure that the sales role is carried out as effectively as possible.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably within the technology market
Bachelor?s Degree highly preferred
Strong working knowledge of the mobile industry and technology
Exceptional sales and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiating skills (skilled at negotiating ?win-win? agreements at all levels)
Proven time management skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work with multiple departments within the organization
Ability to deliver both technical and application level presentations to executives
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn a technical product, service, and/or emerging technology
