The Transera Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for prospecting and selling to business functions within organizations; includes B2C or B2B companies that sell products via the phone. It is a quota-carrying position.
Transera Adaptive Customer Engagement turns high-volume sales and service contact centers into strategic business assets. Transera?s unique solution leverages Big Data technologies to extract business insight, generate customer engagement recommendations, and visually display business trends and threshold alerts. It is the only software on the market that considers both customer value and business effectiveness in call routing decisions.
Responsibilities:
Manage and sell new business to a defined geographic territory
Engage with marketers and customer service managers
Prospect, develop, and close prospects for Transera?s Adaptive Customer Engagement solutions
Handle inbound and outbound opportunity creation
Some creativity to help identify campaign opportunities
Create and deliver accurate forecasts
Perform product demos using web tools to prospects and customers
Develop a pipeline with a new product suite
Requirements:
1 year + of on-quota, B2B or B2C sales experience , OR
On-demand/SaaS experience and transactional background preferred
Self-starter; can be the first ISR
History of quota over-achievement and a compelling story of why you will be successful at Transera
Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
Teamwork and good communication skills a must
Knowledge/experience selling CRM, SFA, marketing software, call center software, or analytics a plus
Four year university/college degree required
Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office, SFDC)
