Antenna is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to be based out of our corporate headquarters in Jersey City, NJ. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for identifying and qualifying large account sales opportunities in North America and Canada working closely with the North American sales team to build pipeline and drive revenue. This person will make a significant contribution by rapid and proactive prospective account development activities, cold calling, and the execution of sales activities that range from inbound lead qualification, marketing campaign follow-up, introductory software demonstrations and product offer presentations. Successful ISRs will be eligible for promotion to Sales Director within a year.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Cold call and qualify target Global 1000 accounts for the outside sales organization via pre-sales phone techniques
Develop warm leads and build a pipeline of qualified opportunities for outside sales using proactive lead nurturing strategies like software demos and product offer presentations.
Communicate the value of the Antenna solution with senior executive decision makers while building relationships at all levels within the organization.
Develop a thorough understanding of each target account ? their industry and business drivers.
In-depth profiling of target accounts through identification & verification of decision makers & influencers responsible for mobility strategy.
Maintain current knowledge of Antenna?s products, customer applications, competitive product differences, and social media/collaboration strategies to target and sell to prospective customers.
Develop an understanding of internal processes and resources needed to effectively manage their inside sales business, including the tracking of all activities in company marketing automation system (Marketo) and CRM system (Salesforce.com).
Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline goals, as well as defined objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
Required Skills for the Inside Sales Representative position include the following:
Minimum 4 years proven experience selling software solutions - experience selling mobile application-oriented software and or systems strongly preferred
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding measurable goals in a metrics-based phone sales environment
Sales methodology experience and knowledge of business organization structures and software sales cycles required
Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written & verbal)
Must possess strong prospecting and closing skills
Manage multiple tasks and effectively work in a collaborative/team environment
CRM and marketing automation application experience desired, preferably Salesforce.com and Marketo
Bachelor?s degree and/or equivalent experience
