We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. If you have 2-4 years sales experience building a book of new business and committed to making 50-100 cold calls per da...; you will thrive in our environment. We sell recruitment advertising to small and mid range companies that find using our career website an enabler to finding candidates for their open job positioons. You will function as follows:
Learn to identify and generate leads and loyal customer relationships via telephone with moderate to no revenue history to assigned territory. You will be responsible for building territory through heavy cold calling.
Function in a high transactional sales volume environment with heavy independently driven lead generation.
Deliver value proposition, handle objections, & record statistics on each outbound call
Present key selling points/features and benefits while focusing on customer needs and expectations
Consistently move the customer or prospect towards commitment, and closes sales that exceed customer expectations
Ensure a superior customer experience with Beyond.com by addressing customer concerns and demonstrating empathy
Be able to uncover needs, offer appropriate solutions, negotiate price and close accounts on the phone
Maintain a current knowledge of market activities including competitive products, pricing and policies, new technology, product specifications and possible new products. Communicates this information to management on a regular basis.
Manage and maintain a detailed pipeline to achieve assigned monthly/quarterly quota
Requirements:
Experience should be in a high outbound transactional call environment, staffing/recruitment firm, or recruitment advertising:
Familiar with working in an incentive/goal driven environment
Experience needs to be in a Prospecting/Lead Generation role, preferably in a high volume, low touch sales environment
Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint specifically)
A working knowledge of SalesForce.com is a plus
High energy, drive, and sense of responsibility
Internet Savvy
Can demonstrate proven creative lead generation methods
