Description
The Inside Sales Representative is accountable for growing existing business relationships and acquiring new business through the use of email campaigns, outbound calling, demonstrations, and presentations to ensure an adequate number of well-qualified opportunities exist to meet Vorstack's financial goals.
Vorstack is building its initial inside sales team through multiple hires. The Inside Sales Representative will have the opportunity to help determine the sales process, structure, and sales tools. This position will be essential in assisting Vorstack's executive leadership with enhancing go-to-market strategies and messaging by providing feedback from interactions with prospects. This position will share in the success of Vorstack through stock options and a commission plan in addition to a competitive salary.
Responsibilities
--Develop new sales opportunities with prospective customers by demonstrating the value of Vorstack's offerings
--Manage pipeline of leads and suspects by making outbound calls, conducting email campaigns, and providing demonstrations and presentations
--Identify key personnel within targeted accounts and confirm desire, need, and reason to purchase Vorstack's offerings
--Work with leadership to discuss identified opportunities and lead generation strategies
--Achieve opportunity generation quotas as set by leadership of the Company
--Accurately and completely capture activity and opportunity information in Salesforce.com
--Maintain activity and forecasting reports
--Maintain knowledge of Vorstack's offerings, industry news, and industry trends
Qualifications
--Minimum 1-2 years Lead Generation or Inside Sales experience. Selling information security offerings or software-as-a-service preferred.
--Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SalesForce.com
--Ability to hear and speak clearly to communicate over the phone or similar technologies.
--Ability to communicate effectively via email and other written campaigns.
