What You?ll Do
We are looking for an Inside Sales Professional who can consistently and effectively close new business over the phone by building pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and effectively presenting the Lithium solution. The right person is someone who can qualify the needs and social media goals of an organization, and effectively map the Lithium solution to those needs. We are looking for team players to come in and make a difference in taking Lithium to the next level.

Responsibilities
Developing, orchestrating, and managing a territory plan.
Managing to quarterly revenue objectives and pipeline development goals.
Managing inbound prospect inquiries.
Researching and penetrating target clients.
Relentless prospecting via phone, email, and mail.
Effectively demonstrate the Lithium products using online tools and demos.
Mapping the Lithium solution to identified customer needs.
Be a complete team player both with internal and external teams.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience with a SaaS product or similar high tech solution.
Experience with Social Media and/or Customer Service and Support products.
Experience and comfort in making cold prospecting calls and other new account development activities.
Comfortable with reaching and exceeding quotas.
Demonstrated commitment, energy, and integrity, with the ability to be self-motivating, and produce high quality work within established deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Experience with contact management and sales presentation tools, such as SalesForce.com and WebEx.
Strong analytical skills and good working knowledge of MS Office software.
Knowledge and understanding of Social Networking.
Ability to manage time and activities effectively.
Ability to provide insight and methods improving on established processes.
A college degree is required.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
