Seeking a highly-motivated salesperson to manage all aspects of our sales process to attain new large employer clients and channel partners by selling our standalone SaaS product offering. As a Component Sales Representative you will be responsible for owning component sales opportunities through phone and web-based presentations, as well as supporting to help grow direct to employer revenue and market share for full service offering. The Component Sales Representative must be a challenge-driven professional team player who is willing to work in a fast-paced demanding environment to help RedBrick Health expand into new markets with a demonstrated commitment to our mission of helping people be healthy.
Essential Job Functions:
Sell standalone component offering to national account base territory to achieve assigned objectives and quota metrics through phone/web-based selling techniques.
Actively engage in demand generation and execute call campaigns in support of seminars and other marketing activities through outbound calls and handle a small volume of inbound calls, lead webinars, and proactively seek new ways to prospect in territory.
Provide excellent and professional follow up on leads from our website, online advertising and industry conferences.
Work closely with bid management and finance team to create proposals, quotes and help facilitate closing additional business from new accounts.
Ability to identify and document prospect?s needs, expectations and priorities in order to close business for component sales opportunities or pass to field team when required for comprehensive wellness offering.
Ability to grasp complex technology solutions within fast-paced environment with constant new product innovation.
Work closely with field sales reps to align territory strategy and outreach campaigns to promote both component and comprehensive offering.
Interact effectively with all levels of the organization demonstrating strong leadership abilities.
Identify new platform requirements and work with marketing and product teams to design solutions for those requirements.
Research and identify new sales opportunities through online resources, qualify opportunities based on standards and help move prospects through the sales cycle.
Understand RedBrick products, value, and pricing in relation to competing products and market needs, and be able to effectively communicate and conduct demonstrations to prospects and internal teams.
Contribute individually to the team targets, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and quality lead qualification to ensure consistent growth of territory base.
Demonstrate a professional, customer centric approach during all customer interactions.
Coordinate leads, manage contact data, and track daily activities in salesforce.com.
Perform duties in a complete, timely, energetic, friendly, sensitive and proactive manner.
Essential Job Requirements:
2-5 years of inside sales experience in high tech/software or health & wellness industry.
Demonstrated track record with exceeding quota and performance metrics.
Working knowledge of Salesforce.com (or similar CRM) for required forecasting, opportunity tracking and ensure clean information for effective prospecting efforts.
Must have a 4 yr. undergraduate degree.
Strong commitment to wellness culture and health conscious attitude highly desired.
Self starter with strong time management and organizational skills, with proven sales and presentation skills and demonstrable success in phone/web-based sales.
