DescriptionePromos is looking for the right people to join our Inside Sales team in our new St. Cloud, Minnesota office. The inside sales team is the largest part of our sales force, and the position in which many of our long term employees got started. Our reps are not order takers ? far from it. They are smart individuals who take our training, apply their own drive and enthusiasm, and make our clients happy. It all starts at ePromos University, and with diligence and hard work, you?ll be able to recommend effective promotional products, logo merchandise and great looking corporate apparel.
Responsibilities:
Work with our clients in an enthusiastic, assertive, caring and helpful manner
Handle our incoming leads from a variety of sources
Make contact with ePromos leads, qualify and close them
Work through various outbound calling campaigns and conversion of as many contacts as possible (these are qualified leads, not cold calls)
Build rapport with clients and follow ePromos sales and relationship strategies
Seek to understand client?s current and future branding/promotional product needs
Send samples, prepare quotes and place orders precisely to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
Recommend product, evaluate artwork, design imprint layout
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree
2-5 years of inside sales and/or customer service experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Track record of enthusiasm, high-energy, intelligence and ability to learn
Experience selling Promotional Products or marketing-related products or services B2B is a plus
Strong computer skills including CRM (salesforce.com, Sugar CRM) as well as general Microsoft Office skills: Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
