With the goal of helping Fortune 500 companies, Passenger seeks a unique individual with talent in telephone sales. The responsibility of the Inside Sales Representative will be to generate leads, qualify, set appointments and transfer them to outside Sales Directors. This role will be a combination in which you will be fed inbound leads as well as executing your own outbound efforts.
We are looking to hire someone that posesses the prowess in generating outbound leads driven by your own initiatives; therefore commissions and bonuses on all outbound phone, email and productivity are extremely high in comparison to inbound leads. Development of prospecting plan and focus on our Ideal Customer Profile
Account and prospect research
Meticulous maintenance of information in CRM and marketing campaign software
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly activity and productivity quota achievement and reporting
Create presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, briefs, scripts, and other sales administration activities
Responsible for a quota on oubound calls
We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative, but don't think the penny stops there. We are hiring with the notion that our new Inside Sales Representative can grow within our organization in either a sales role or a different department depending on the Candidate's career goals. In the mean time as an Inside Sales Representative, you will be trained by and will report to a Black Belt Sales Coach that will provide you with a sales education you cannot get anywhere else. You will be expected to study, learn and execute on this consultative sales training which will be regularly tested and enforced. For the right person, this will be a foundation for a very successful and wealthy career.
