ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: ? Work in tandem with Federal territory account managers to develop existing and perspective
accounts with networking solutions
? Call and receive calls from prospects and convert into new clientele (inbound and outbound calling)
? Increase product lines of existing clients by soliciting orders for merchandise discussing current
exciting promotions
? Update and Manage sales funnel through Salesforce.com CRM Tool
? Preparing, quotes/proposals
? Processing sales orders
? Following up on quotes
? Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED:
? 3-5 years of Technical inside sales experience in the areas of telecommunications and/or
networking required
? Inside sales experience working with Government end users a plus
? Understanding of Government contracts and buying a plus
? Strong mathematical skills (ability to do percentages)
? Strong written communication skill
? Ability to multi-task
? Quick learner
? Strong computer skills; Word, Excel and Outlook
? MAS 200 a plus
? SalesForce.com
? Excellent customer service skills
? Must have excellent organizational/time management skills
? Self motivated, high achiever, great telephone skills, ability to communicate easily with a wide
range of individuals
? Must be very comfortable developing quality business relationships and selling over the phone
