Overview:
Innovative, rapidly growing software company is looking for an Inside Sales Team Manager for our cloud-security products. Reporting to the VP of Business Development, the Inside Sales Team Manager will have full ownership and responsibility for managing our Inside Sales Team to promote and sell this new game changing product to SMB customers and partners globally. We are seeking an outstanding and experienced sales leader who has excelled in building & mentoring high performance inside sales teams. This is a quota carrying position that demands a skilled, experienced and enthusiastic leader familiar with the Security industry and high volume SaaS telesales. Role requires working out of San Francisco office M- F.
You will be skilled in various forms of digital communication tools so as to maintain close contact with prospects and customers, drive client communications, deliver exceptional customer interaction and facilitate the customer's needs, in a scalable manner. This position carries a monthly and/or quarterly quota assignment, and remuneration is based on achievement with strong acceleration.
Specific Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and articulate a comprehensive understanding of nCircle's PureCloud product and the prospect/partners critical business drivers.
Execute regular fast paced communications with prospects, customers, partners and other interested parties with interest in the nCircle PureCloud solution.
Effectively engage and manage functional, technical and competitive inquiries
Deliver web-based demonstrations and trials to interested parties.
Daily tracking and management of inbound/outbound activities
Ongoing metrics setting and monitoring
Weekly 1:1 funnel reviews and review of progress toward goals
Recruit, hire and manage top inside sales talent
Establish policies, processes and procedures that will ensure quota Achievement
Define best practices for lead qualification, opportunity management and partner development
Create and maintain prospecting plans and drive strategy to increase pipeline
Manage PureCloud channel partner recruitment and sales (VAR)
Coordinate with Marketing on Lead Gen activities, results and goals. Track weekly metrics with Marketing to set priorities and drive corrective action
Work as a team directly engaged with Marketing, Channel Sales and Business Development
Provide feedback and recommendations to marketing, product management, finance and support teams based on direct experiences with partners and prospects for product and process improvements.
Provide accurate and timely reports, including Sales Forecasts and Activity report
Required Skills and Experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
3-5 years' experience in successfully leading a revenue-driven sales environment for a SaaS and or security solution.
Experience with SMB market, solutions and channel
Must have quota carrying experience in an Inside Sales environment
The ability to close business over the phone
Understanding of how contracts are built and negotiated
Selling experience and success in security products and solutions is highly desired
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, fast-growth environment where action and initiative are prerequisites to performing well
Possess high energy, maintain a persistent mindset, enthusiasm, and be goal oriented.
Must possess extensive telephone communication skills.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize work independently, with minimal supervision.
Strong sales process, analytical orientation with attention to metrics.
Experience building reports in Salesforce.com and communicating regular status metrics required.
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in fast paced environment
