The Inside Sales Representative is a hard driving, fire eater of a sales individual that shrugs off naysayers and objections. You become the evangelist to improve the media experience in every restaurant, hotel, bank and retail store in the world. Your quick study of our industry and our solutions empower you to attack the market without hesitation, committed to making sales, hitting quota and making commissions. This is a Hunter / Closer position with heavy emphasis on cold calling target companies and verticals already defined.
Bring dedication and perseverance and you?ll be rewarded with exposure to hardware sales, software sales, online content management software solutions, full life cycle product development, supply chain management, lead generation, online marketing strategies, and not to mention; access to the music industry, and recording artists.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following is a list of general job responsibilities for the Inside Sales Representative position. This list is not all-inclusive and may be broadened or changed to meet changing business needs.
?Aggressively secure new accounts via prospecting, cold calling and networking
?Deliver prepared sales presentations that describe our products and services, in order to persuade businesses to purchase our products and/or services.
?Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and quotas
oMake between 50 and 75 calls per day
?Ability to use Excel based sales models to quickly create price quotes on the fly for prospective customers
?Daily use of SalesForce.com for accurate call tracking, activity tracking and other reporting as necessary
?Report on service issues and competitive activities
?Understand and comply with all administrative policies and strategies designed to achieve volume and revenue/yield goals
?Report and provide analysis of quote results and make recommendations for process improvements
?One to three years Customer Service and/or Inside Sales experience in a media or technology oriented industry
?Associates degree preferred

?Positive, self-starter with a can do attitude and not intimidated by high volume of calls
?Ability to effectively cultivate relationships and influence buying decisions via telephone
?Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service
?Ability to deal with sensitive situations with tact and proper judgment under pressure
?Able to effectively provide, receive, and respond positively to constructive feedback
?Proficiency with MS Office Suite
