Inside Sales Representative Bunchball

Bunchball is seeking a dynamic sales representative for our inside sales team in our Redwood City, California office. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, privately-held company that is the leader in the Gamification market serving marquee clients such as Adobe, HP, Cisco, Warner Bros., Comcast, LiveOps, VMware, Hasbro and many others.

Our SaaS based software platform and services provide clients with the technology and expertise to create an online loyalty program that tracks and rewards user behavior in real time by applying game mechanics in a contextually relevant way to the clients' digital, cross platform environment.

  Generating new business utilizing outbound sales skills and techniques through telephone, email and web

  Proactively prospecting, qualifying, growing, and maintaining mid-market account list

  Utilizing Salesforce.com to track and report daily communications and actions with prospects and customers

  Providing accurate forecasts and reports
  


• 
  Exceeding sales goals every quarter
  

What you bring to the role:

• 
  Track record in previous software sales positions
  


• 
  Ability to develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline
  


• 
  Accurate forecasting ability
  


• 
  Experience working with Salesforce.com
  


• 
  Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, in written, verbal and presentation form
  


• 
  Team player
  


• 
  Ability to understand customer requirements
  


• 
  Establish and maintain close contact and rapport with customer
  


• 
  Strong problem solving and solution selling skills
  


• 
  Computer literacy; use of MS Office applications, PowerPoint and email
  


• 
  Minimum of 4 years inside sales experience with a technology company
  


• 
  Experience working in a start-up environment
  


• 
  BA/BS Degree
