Inside Sales Representative RedSeal Systems
RedSeal has an immediate opening for a dynamic, self-motivated Inside Sales Representative with 4+ years of experience to partner with our Central Region Sales Team. Successful candidates will generate revenue by aggressively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through telephone, e-mail and web. The ideal candidate will be an expert at building relationships and pinpointing new sales opportunities in growth accounts and will work closely with the Sales Director.
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete high volume of outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients
Lead qualification of inbound leads received through various databases (including company website, CRM system, Purchased lists and Social Media channels)
Cold calling into emerging markets to establish new high-quality prospective clients and contacts
Generate/escalate sales opportunities to appropriate territory representative as a result of direct marketing efforts
Help drive registrations for company and industry events
Achieve and exceed set sales targets and objectives
Schedule meetings with qualified companies for our direct field sales team
Coordinate and execute all telemarketing and inside sales efforts for Central Territory.
Drive inside sales campaigns and become an integral part of our sales team
Update and maintain CRM database
Provide reporting on all opportunities outside of the pipeline
Research industries and companies using online database tools to develop lead lists
Support campaign initiatives utilizing phone, email and social channels
Required Skills & Experience:
Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and have a minimum of 4 years of professional inside sales experience working for a high tech company; technical sales experience is preferred
Highly organized with the ability to manage a territory using a CRM system
Excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills without any hesitation to make cold calls
In addition to exceptional communication skills, client service ethic and telemarketing skill set, a strong technical sales aptitude is required. Candidates must also demonstrate strong business judgment, negotiations, and problem-solving skills
Experience penetrating accounts to find the correct contacts as well as the ability to deal with senior level prospects within the accounts
Ability to harvest names from within social media channels
Confident using a CRM system such as Salesforce.com, as well as MS Office and Outlook
Familiarity with RainKing and other contact databases
Excellent at multitasking, prioritizing work load and being well organized
Fluent in English

BS/BA preferred
