Job Description
The Inside Sales reps will be responsible for researching and prospecting into targeted mid-market verticals, qualifying prospects and nurtured leads, and developing prospects through a sales cycle to close. You will be engaging, open and love talking to marketers. Your drive to deliver real value to companies and your natural curiosity will mean prospects and customers equally will like talking to you. Marketers love to see our solution, so you will also showcase our product and value proposition.
Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, responding to inbound inquires and following up with leads generated by various marketing programs.
Execute plan to ensure broad penetration into the mid-market companies within your territory.
Co-ordinate and deliver web based product showcases.
Provide presentations on Orbis MRM to companies to solve their marketing problems.
Manage the sales cycle from initial engagement to close, engaging all influencing and decision making contacts.
Gather, manage, and direct a local and virtual team during the sales cycle; pre-sales product evangelist, product marketing, Customer success managers IT etc
Report on activities and pipeline.
Utilize and further develop effective strategies for winning in a competitive environment.
Desired Skills & Experience
1 to 3 years of sales experience in an inside sales/demand generation role
Proven success in B2B, high-tech software inside sales
Comfortable and competent in product demonstrating as part of the initial qualification process
Marketing technology experience is a plus
Proven ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
Experience in formal sales methodology
Demonstrated ability to manage change, shifting priorities and tight deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment
Experience using Saleforce.com or other CRM applications
