Clarabridge seeks a highly qualified Inside Sales Representative to be a pivotal member of a high performance sales team. The Inside Sales Representative embodies a strong entrepreneurial aptitude, self starting qualities, aptitude for a strong sales process, curiosity for learning new technologies, and the desire to help build a software company in a rapidly emerging space. This individual will be a team player and will have the opportunity to impact the strategy and execution of Clarabridge as a whole. This opportunity holds the career path to an Account Executive position.
Primary Responsibilities:
Create and develop leads for the Sales Account Executive and Marketing teams via cold calling for individual territories and events
Collaboration with members of the Clarabridge team, to include Sales, Marketing, Product Management
Know the business value proposition of Clarabridge products
Know the customer experience management marketplace
Own, qualify and develop opportunities passed from Marketing, Executives and Business Development representatives
Generate leads via social media sites such as LinkedIn and others
Involve field Account Executives with complex and large opportunities
Requirements:
2+ years experience in account management/inside sales
Experience in telephone sales or business development with proven track record of achieving revenue quota
Experience selling a technical solution to an IT and business solutions audience
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Entrepreneurial experience or experience working in a startup environment a plus
Bachelor?s Degree preferred
Great attention to detail. The Inside Sales Representative will follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation and data, concentrate on routine work details and organize and maintain a system of records
Strong business acumen, ability to interpret complex information taken with customers or clients, and ability to listen well
Excellent decision making and problem solving skills. Candidate should be able to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues
Ability to influence and persuade. Candidate should be able to convince others in both positive and negative circumstances, use tact when expressing ideas or options, present new ideas to authority figures, adapt presentations to suit a particular audience and respond to objections successfully
Ability to plan, prioritize and set goal setting. Candidate should be able to prepare for emerging customer needs, manage multiple projects, determine project urgency in a meaningful and practical way, use goals and actions and create detailed action plans and organize and schedule people and tasks
Solid relationship management skills. Candidate should be able to develop rapport with others and recognize their concerns and feelings, and build and maintain long term associations based on trust
