Reporting to the Director Inside Sales, the successful candidate will be a results-oriented, self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills. Compensation for the position consists of salary and commission components.

Responsibilities:
The essential duties and responsibilities regularly performed and normally assigned to this position are as follows:
The primary goal: to grow the pipeline of qualified leads for the Field by prospecting, identifying and developing new corporate accounts
Soliciting and engaging prospects via phone calls, emails and Go to meetings/webinars
Tracking all activity in Salesforce.com
Creating and qualifying opportunities
Working with Marketing on lead generation efforts
Help manage and bring opportunities to closure with guidance from the field
Reporting market feedback to the Director of Inside Sales & VP of Sales
Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree from an accredited university
Very strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand the landscape of the opportunity, and the needs of customers/prospects
2+ years of sales experience in an inside sales role
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Able to conceptualize / explain complex concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, Saleforce.com, and/or other CRM applications
