Inside Sales Representative nCircle Network Security

Overview
Innovative, rapidly growing security and compliance Solutions Company is looking for 2 Inside Sales superstars for our network security offerings. One position will have responsibility for the East Coast and one for the West Coast. You will be responsible for regularly engaging with our existing customer base in order to drive and close maintenance renewal business, and promote and sell select incremental offerings. In coordination with our field sales team(s), you will act as a 'touch point' in order to maintain a strong relationship with our customers. You will be leveraging the telephone and digital communication tools to maintain close customer contact in order to drive client satisfaction and facilitate the customer's needs. In all the above activities you will work closely and coordinate activities with the national sales team in an effective sales continuum that maximizes revenue generation.
This position carries a monthly and/or quarterly quota assignment based on renewals, 'up-sell' and new sales targets and remuneration is based on achievement with strong acceleration.
Specific Responsibilities
Establish regular communications with existing customers in order to understand their needs.
Provide first hand feedback and recommendations to the sales, support, and marketing teams based on direct experiences with customers.
Obtain, maintain, and readily articulate a comprehensive understanding of nCircle's product offerings and their relationship to a client's critical business issues.
Execute regular fast paced communications with prospects, customers, partners and other interested parties with interest in the nCircle solutions.
Provide renewal quotes for existing customers whose support contracts are due to expire or have expired.
Fulfill renewal quote requests for partners and resellers for assigned territories.
Successfully implement sales cycle management processes to meet and exceed revenue objectives.
Prepare proposals and presentations to assist with order administration as required.
Utilize sales and technical resources to efficiently close maintenance renewal business.
Work as a team directly engaged with a distributed Field Sales Team and Channels
Engage territory sales teams for enterprise opportunities, as appropriate.
Engage Channel sales manager or Channel Partners, as appropriate
Provide feedback and recommendations to marketing, product management and support teams based on direct experiences with customers and prospects for product improvements.
Provide accurate and timely reports, including Sales Forecasts through SFDC.
Individual covering the Eastern US territory must be willing to start early (i.e. 6:00am PST)
Required Skills and Experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
2-4 years' experience in revenue-driven inside sales or telesales environment in the software industry.
Selling experience and success in security products and solutions is highly desired
Must possess extensive telephone communication skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, fast-growth environment where action and initiative are prerequisites to performing well.
Possess high energy, maintain a persistent mindset, enthusiasm, and be goal oriented.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize work independently, with minimal supervision.
Strong sales process, analytical orientation with attention to metrics.
Strong desire and aptitude for learning.
Experience using Salesforce.com highly desirable.
