Inside Sales Representative Xsigo Systems

Job Description:

Xsigo Systems, an industry leader in I/O virtualization, has developed a revolutionary new approach to server I/O: the Xsigo I/O Director. This hardware and software solution is optimized from the ground up to dramatically accelerate and simplify routine data center management tasks. With the Xsigo I/O Director, IT managers provision I/O resources on-the-fly without disrupting network and storage configurations, and without physically entering the data center.

Responsibilities:

- Solicit qualified leads and develop new sales opportunities.
- Provide general information about our products to prospective customers in a clear and succinct manner over the telephone.
- Identify new and work with existing partners in territory to generate revenue.
- Contact inactive accounts to learn the reason the customer is not placing orders, and to work to regain the business.
- Conduct prospect and product research.
- Meet or exceed sales and activity goals.


Requirements:

- Independent, self motivated individual with high drive.
- 2-4 years of technology inside sales experience with a documented track record of consistently exceeding quota.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a strong desire to win
- Intense, hungry, driven personality with a track record of winning.
- Strong competitive, work ethic, with a willingness to "do what it takes" to succeed.
- Proven ability to deliver under pressure and within deadlines.
- Desire to work with a well-funded start up in a highly visible position that offers a great opportunity for advancement.
- BA/BS or equivalent.
