With our continued growth, we are increasing the size of our Inside Sales team. We are seeking a dynamic experienced Sales Representative, who is interested in being part of the xMatters team and culture; we all work with the ?same-team? mentality and help wherever we can for the success of our customers, projects and ultimately xMatters. Irvine, California area is preferred however strong candidates in other areas will be considered.
The inside sales representative will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the organization to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed sales quotas for an assigned territory while increasing customer satisfaction.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaboratively works with assigned Outside Sales Representative(s) to develop an overall territory account plan to maximize opportunities and generate sales activity with customers and partners
Achieve/exceed Quarterly sales targets with your field rep by prospecting new customers and selling through strategic partners in territory
Grow and maintain existing customer and partner relationships through pro-active telesales activity
Complete a high volume of outbound sales calls to current and prospective customers
Generate, qualify and close sales
Utilize Salesforce.com for cold calling, maintain prospect data and prioritize daily activities
Deliver sales presentations to prospects on the phone and via web-ex
Manage quote creation; order processing and day-to-day customer and partner requests
Perform other duties as assigned by (x)Matters management
Qualifications / Necessary Skills:
1-3 years professional sales experience, software industry preferred
Highly motivated and results oriented
Entrepreneurial spirit
Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Telesales experience
Education:
Bachelor?s Degree from four year college or university
