Opportunity: Inside Sales Representative - West Region
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team. This position will support the West sales team with warm lead generation, managing incremental add-ons and growth for current clients, and performing general sales operations and reporting. This position is part of the Sales team and will work closely with the Finance and Marketing teams. This position is located in California.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage incremental growth opportunities for defined existing clients. Drive and oversee moderate bed expansions and add-ons for these clients.
Partner with Marketing on warm lead generation and develop and oversee process to follow up on and nurture warm leads.
Support existing accounts, including direct expansion work, and liaison as needed with Client Services, Outcomes, Integrations and other internal teams as required to meet client needs.
Partner with internal SalesForce.com Administrator to drive data production and analysis, manage leads, and enhance utilization to drive sales activity
Perform general account management; research and propose growth opportunities
Conduct timely and thorough post-sale administrative, production and customer service activities that ensure client and company success
Develop and leverage extensive knowledge base of issues in healthcare industry.
Support Sales VP and Account Executives with key upselling, data, reporting and expansion opportunities.
Self-starter with focused ambition
Proficient with Salesforce.com
Team player who excels with strong emphasis on cross-collaboration
Positive attitude and a high tolerance for sales rejection
Drive for success and passion to be part of success for the larger whole
Minimum 5-7 years sales, inside sales or telemarketing experience
Healthcare experience strongly preferred
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with clients and management
