Inside Sales Representatives - Desktop Virtualization Teradici Corporation

We?re looking for energetic and well-organized individuals to join the North American sales team. As an integral part of the sales organization, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing the sales process from prospecting to close. In this role, you will work cooperatively with Outside Sales, Sales Engineers and other members of the distribution team to manage, maximize and close sales in a defined geographic territory. Your focus will be to create new customers, grow existing customers and to expand Teradici?s PCoIP portfolio to the market which will result in meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
Follow up and qualify all leads within the region and generate revenue opportunities while owning the SMB/Commercial space and assigning Enterprise level clients to Outside Sales.
Provide feedback on marketing programs, campaigns, product initiatives and market intelligence.
Develop strong working relationships with Channel Sales teams to jointly manage and deliver solutions to Teradici?s client base.
Effectively influence a client buying decision towards a Teradici PCoIP solution.
Consistently strive to meet or exceed established goals.
Develop proficiency on all assigned Teradici and partner products, programs and systems.
Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the sales team.
Record daily sales activities in CRM system and provide reporting on KPI?s.
Be a strong team player and contribute to the team?s success.
Portray a professional image in all communications.
Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
Post-Secondary degree or diploma or equivalent experience required
2-5 years of previous sales experience required
Technology industry experience required
Knowledge of SalesForce.Com CRM an asset
Familiarity and knowledge of desktop virtualization, computing or Workstation is an asset
Excellent phone selling and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to manage multiple relationships well
Effective time management skills
Detail oriented and organized
