Inside Sales Specialist NovaSom
The holder of this position must manage sales activities and account-management related functions.
This position performs as a spokesman and coordinator within the NovaSom Division interacting with all internal and external employees regarding issues related to Client Experiences.
All aspects of this position are related to ensuring maximum revenue and business growth for NovaSom while ensuring correct business functionality, meeting industry standards and complying with local, state, and federal laws.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:
Coordinates NovaSom services to assigned accounts.
Serves as the primary resource for providing information and education to assigned accounts.
Communicates with internal and external customers to facilitate excellent NovaSom service delivery to assigned accounts.
Serves as a resource for providing information and education to accounts assigned to designate Territory and Regional Account staff members.
Contacts prospective accounts within an assigned geography to gather information about sales potential.
Maintains complete and accurate information about account activities and communication.
Special Project Management Activities: other duties and responsibilities as identified by Executive Management for the benefit of the company and employee
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years of inside sales or related experience, preferably in the medical industry
High school diploma & some college
Bachelor?s degree in related health care or a related field
