Inside Sales Supervisor CradlePoint
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED CradlePoint is looking for an Inside Sales Supervisor to build and lead a growing team of Inside Sales Representatives. The successful candidate will educate, coach and develop the ISR team to be in the best position to achieve Company objectives and goals. These objectives and goals include meeting and exceeding a sales quota by excelling at key critical success factors such as outbound calling, opportunity identification, pipeline maturation and upsell/cross-sell. They also include acting as a trusted advisor for end-users, partners and carrier representatives. Learn and be an expert in selling the Cradlepoint products and services line.
Teach and coach the CP sales process.
Achieve/exceed team quota.
Achieve attach rate goals for services and cloud management offerings.
Regular one-on-one rep coaching sessions.
Motivate the reps and promote a positive/team culture.
Work cross functionally to resolve challenges and maximize opportunities.
Escalate customer and operational issues.
Collaborate with the Channel and Marketing functions ? ensure leads are worked.
Prior management experience.
Prior Technical Sales experience a plus.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments.
Proficient in Salesforce.com, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good communication skills ? verbal and written.
Good analytical skills.
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
