3E Company is currently seeking to hire an Inside Sales Supervisor at the Carlsbad, CA corporate headquarters.
Establish business strategies and processes that will result in highly integrated sales teams motivated to achieve aggressive, yet achievable goals with the proper guidance and leadership.
Ensure the teams are adhering to department standards regarding completion of paperwork, contracts, client start ups and Sales Logix data entry.
Establish sales quotas, measure performance to quota, and pro-actively install processes.
Consistently monitor results of sales process including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking through the use of Sales Logix and other designated IT tools
Assist in developing new sales goals and sales budgets on an annual basis.
Work closely with Marketing on lead follow up and lead generation.
Serves as a role model and coach to Inside Sales representatives (Inside Sales Reps and Account Reps) in all aspects of the sales process and customer relationship management
Addresses and resolves customer issues and arbitrate sales personnel issues
Responsible for recruitment of inside sales professionals
Development of comprehensive training programs
Complete annual performance review including regular performance feedback
Administer effective performance management as needed
Manage employee time sheets via EZ Labor (U.S. and Canadian requirements). Address attendance issues as needed.
Responsible and accountable for managing a team of inside sales professionals to achieve aggressive revenue objectives within a defined region.
Hold team accountable for the retention of customers.
Responsible and accountable for managing a team of renewal coordinators including upsell business.
Bachelor?s Degree preferred but not required
5-7 years experience managing Inside Sales professionals in a rapidly growing environment.
Must have a successful track record of leading sales team to accomplish aggressive goals.
Advanced skills utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Goldmine, Act, Salesforce or Sales Logix.
Excellent presentation and selling skills
Strong analytical and business planning skills
Ability to function effectively with a high performance team with strong team building skills and the ability to resolve conflict
Ability to effectively coach Solution Selling strategies.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Exhibits a high degree of flexibility in adapting to rapidly changing environment.
