The Inside Support Sales Representative role is a full-time position and requirements are to provide administration of Support Contract transactions/sales for Support Territory Managers (STM), Account Executives (AE), Inside Sales Reps (ISR) and End Users (EU) by delivering accurate information and complete quotes in a timely manner. ISSR will be aware of and utilize all special programs and promotions completion and resulting contract information of customer orders, tracking contracts for renewal and working with Finance to ensure prompt invoicing.

Prepare proposals for customers? support contract needs
Follow-up with sales teams and customer contacts associated with proposals and support needs
Master all internal sales processes, systems and procedures
Track all support contract sales for your customers, send confirmations and prepare new proposals proactively prior to expirations.
Liaison for Vendor contacts and our customers to resolve issues and advocate for our customers
Respond to internal and external requests pertaining to support contract services
Forecast pending support business within your supported accounts in Salesforce.com
Assist Finance with application of credits due to customers
Understand and abide by all security and operational policies.
2+ years experience with Sun and/or Cisco support contract services
Familiar with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures of providing sales quoting support
Skill set requirements: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Data Entry, Superior verbal and written communication
Ability to organize and prioritize workload
Detail and team oriented
Must be dependable and able to work with minimal supervision
Proficient in use of Netsuite and Salesforce.com
