Duties:About the Position:
The Inside Sales Rep provides administrative and CRM support to the Inside Sales Team.
Work directly with an Inside Account Executive
Build and maintain positive relationships with current and future customers.
Support territory account teams placing incoming orders, closing web-based business and building quotes and bid proposals.
Make outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and email to qualify leads and sell products and services.
Input and maintain customer data into CRM
Aid in standardizing views and tools in CRM
Work with all departments to satisfy customer requests such as parts orders, order status, RMA status, etc.
One to two years Inside Technical Sales experience in the computer hardware and solutions technology industry.
Knowledge of and experience with inbound and outbound sales practices and processes.
Sales focused individuals with proven ability to understand and manage customer relationships
Strong phone presence and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of contact management tools such as Salesforce.com.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as consultative sales and negotiating skills are essential.
