Looking for an exciting opportunity to represent some of LinkedIn's most disruptive and innovative enterprise products? Are you passionate about wearing many hats as part of a fast growing division at LinkedIn that is fundamentally changing how talent is sourced? We are currently seeking a technical pre-sales Solutions Consultant whose mission will be to drive adoption of our technical hiring products and APIs.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and adoption of LinkedIn's Hiring Solutions
- Serve as a product specialist for all of our sourcing product offerings
- Present value propositions and deliver demonstrations of our Hiring Solutions to prospects and clients
- Exhibit consultative selling techniques while crafting solutions tailored to meet specific customer requirements
- Possess a deep understanding of LinkedIn's APIs and communicate how they may help our clients
- Educate the sales force on technical aspects of hiring products and leveraging LinkedIn APIs
- Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and other cross-functional team members to scale the business and validate new products
- Demonstrate an up-to-date understanding of LinkedIn's entire hiring product portfolio in order to collaborate on and influence product enhancements
- Document technical solutions and share best practices and case studies to foster broad adoption
- Work with clients, internal project managers, and outside developers to implement complex solutions
Requirements:
- 3+ years as a technical pre-sales Solutions Consultant
- A proven track record in driving sales and adoption of technical products; demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Experience in presenting solutions utilizing APIs
- Technical experience implementing SaaS solutions desirable
- Desired technical skills include: XML, HTML, web services, JavaScript, REST
- Experience in the hiring ecosystem a plus
- Self-starter who can thrive in a very fast paced business
- Passionate about LinkedIn and our disruptive products
- Travel requirements minimal (10%-15%)
