Description:
The InsideTerritory Manager (ITM) will generate pipeline opportunities among a set of named accounts of existing customers to identify decision-maker, qualify opportunities and influence closed business. The accounts will include a mix of licensing strategies including Enterprise Agreements, Select Agreements, Open Agreements and non-annuity. The ITM will drive revenue by (1) up selling into existing accounts, (2) executing on-time licensing agreements renewal and true-ups of these agreements, (3) increasing the licensing level of customers and (4) driving opportunities in current white space.
Duties:
Reaching prospective customers to influence software purchasing decisions to generate interest and demand by developing and deploying account strategies which are to include activities including, but not limited to, calls, e-mails, webinars, etc.
Achieving/exceeding weekly pipeline quota and managing a certain close rate of that pipeline
Proactively prospecting/ leveraging business from new and existing contacts
Working directly with customers and channel partners
Meet or exceed calling activity specified by Manager
Qualifications:
Expertise and/or ability to sell enterprise software deals and services to ?C' level executives against competitive industry products and services
Previous experience finding environments and qualifying opportunities for Microsoft Solutions company-wide agreements
Expertise in Consultative selling in a call center or non-call center environment
Working knowledge and understanding of structural differences of small, mid and large businesses, and overall understanding of business makeup
Enjoys and is able to effectively function in a multi-tasking environment
Technical Skills:
? Experience with chat/email management in a professional setting
? Proficient with: Microsoft Office Products, Siebel or any sales focused CRM
? Exposure to Network Infrastructure
? High level exposure to ERP solutions
Communication Skills:
? Strong verbal and written communication, able to communicate effectively at all levels within organization
? Strong listening skills with the ability to identify customers interests/pains and respond appropriately
? Ability to identify customer product needs and make a recommendation
? Ability to identify customer budget, timeline, decision making processes, and create buying vision with customer
Other Requirements:
7+ years of sales experience
5+ years of software sales experience
Experience and demonstrated success in cold-calling
Knowledge and experience working within a solution-selling or consultative-selling methodology
Entrepreneurial drive and work ethic
Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
Strong focus on customer and partner satisfaction
Demonstrated effectiveness with personal ethics and integrity
College degree strongly preferred
