Inside Territory Manager Fortify Software
We are currently looking for an Inside Territory Manager that will conduct extensive conversations with mid-to-high level contacts and navigate corporate pathways. This individual must have an entrepreneurial, take-charge style and come with a solid record of hitting/exceeding quota and managing a territory. Must have the ability to create a strategic sales plan, prioritize and manage time around that plan.
Positions are available immediately in SF Bay Area and New York City.
Responsibilities
Identify prospects and key contacts (technical and decision makers) within an organization to generate new business or expand current relationships
Respond and qualify inbound web inquiries and marketing generated prospects
Support the District Managers assigned to your territory to close sales opportunities to meet quarterly and yearly targets
Work with the Channel Partners in your assigned territory to maximize optimal sales opportunities
Utilize SalesForce.com to document all lead and opportunity related information and communication
Qualifications
BS in Business Management, Marketing, Communication or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years successful strategic or geographic experience in software sales is preferred.
Track record of high volume outbound calling and high conversion rate
Driven to succeed and self-motivation towards your personal and career growth is a must
Aggressive "sales hunter" skills is a must
Experience calling on senior executives within all size organizations
Ability to prioritize work independently with minimal supervision
Highly energetic and motivated; strong attention to detail
Strong organizational, oral and written communication and customer service skills required
Solid computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and a Sales Force Automation Software package
Capable and willing to function according to measurable objectives
