Position Summary:This position requires the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment to include interaction with IronPlanet?s Sales team, Sellers, and IronPlanet?s network of inspectors to complete the performance of inspection services for equipment consigned to IronPlanet auctions.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
Dispatch and coordinate inspection assignments within a designated geographic region.
Work closely with Regional Senior Staff Inspectors to coordinate inspections of risk packages.
Work closely with Regional Senior Staff Inspectors to identify potential training opportunities for inspector candidates.
Monitor the progress of inspections within assigned geographic region to ensure cycle time targets are achieved.
Work closely with Regional Senior Staff Inspector and assigned members of the Sales Department to problem solve.
Closely monitor the progress of risk packages and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Track additional costs and work closely with the Sales Department to collect additional costs from seller.
Perform other assigned duties.
Education and Experience Required:
College degree.
Entry level position.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good phone and people skills.
Good multi-tasking skills.
Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office.
Team player with leadership skills.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent to near constant use of a computer with keyboard and mouse.
Frequent telephone use with or without a headset.
