CHR Solutions has immediate openings for Inspectors. The Outside Plant Inspector is responsible for inspecting cable and phone lines in assigned territory and is responsible for client satisfaction in all aspects of CHR Solutions OSP operations.Essential Functions
1. Inspect and monitor the installation of fiber optic lines by outside plant construction in assigned territory.
2. Create project staking sheets.
3. Correct construction drawings to reflect as built units and routes.
4. Test cables and record results.
5. Determine corridors for cable placement.
6. Maintain project logs and record work progress daily.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Technical degree or high school education preferred.
- Experience in telecom construction or related field preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to travel 90 to on-site projects.
- Current drivers license and reliable personal transportation.
