Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, flexible and data-savvy coordinator to join our team. Our group is a small, but fast growing team in the sales & operations division that works with partners to sell and build solar. We think of ourselves as a startup within a startup and our work environment is fast paced, constantly changing and always demanding. We have a ?team first? attitude in this group and our culture is all about getting our hands dirty and taking on tough challenges. This position offers great opportunities for advancement and is the perfect entry level position for someone that is interested and passionate about solar power and renewable energy.
Responsibilities:
Track projects and maintain databases
Handle outbound call lists to customers
Assisting customers with various approvals and documentation needed to go solar
Support senior team members on special assignments as needed
Follow up with partners and customers to progress installation timelines
Required Background/Skills:
Entry level to 1-2 years of work experience
Inside sales/customer service experience is a plus
BS/BA
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Salesforce.com a plus Organized and detailed-oriented
A task-master who relishes the opportunity to organize data from multiple sources
Comfortable with database management
Friendly, personable voice on the phone
Willing to pound the phones when needed
Thrives working in a team dynamic
Flexible and willing to adapt quickly to new challenges and processes
