Project Leader - Strategy Activation CorpU
We are looking for consultants to provide client relationship and project implementation services as part of the team assuring Customer Success. Your goal is to provide a seamless customer experience, caring for customers from the sales onboarding phase, through supporting product implementation, to growing utilization and driving business outcomes. This position will be based in our Philadelphia, PA Center City office.
What You'll Do:
Be responsible for facilitating the overall success of assigned customers, driving consistency and exceeding expectations daily
Become a product expert, intimately knowing the features and differentiators of our technology and applied solutions, in order to solve customer problems
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Create and execute engagement plans for assigned customers throughout their program year
Manage all phases of the project, including organizing work flow, assigning and following up on tasks, scheduling CorpU/Client touch-base meetings using virtual meeting technologies
Oversee utilization of services across all assigned customers
Run and continuously improve CorpU's Strategy Activation Method to connect solutions to clients' business challenges and desired outcomes
Analyze data and provide customers with actionable insights
Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Delivery, Analytics) to drive delivery/implementation, renewals and customer growth
--Work with video production crew as team designs, develops, delivers custom program content
--Interact with software team to build client 'community site' and relay customer feedback on platform features and usage
--Interact with learning design team to review current and discuss future content opportunities
--Work closely with course administrators on the small but significant details of participant (end-user) engagement, satisfaction, and support
What You Bring:
Expertise with managing projects: establishing priorities, organizing others, facilitating meetings, tracking & reporting plans, meeting deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Customer orientation: skilled at establishing and maintaining organizational relationships with a diverse group of people, balancing that with internal colleague relationships
Business acumen, can analyze data and configure reports using software programs
Ability to use resources to problem-solve and troubleshoot
Flexibility, agility, demonstrated initiative and independence
Attention to detail, yet also a visionary - can connect the big picture to business results
Intellectual curiosity; a massive fast learner
High degree of skill with technology and cloud-based platforms
Undergraduate degree required, preferably with some coursework in business, technology, human resource management, or communication
1-5 years of experience doing implementations in a SaaS or consulting company, or with a learning management system (LMS) or e-learning product
