What We?re Looking For
The Instructional Design Intern will be responsible for working with the Training Department team members to review and edit existing training content, prepare materials for training classes, and develop modules for classroom and e-learning presentation.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintain training content, including updates, revisions, and conversion to other formats
Prepare needed training materials and handouts for training events
Work with training team members and other Subject Matter Experts to update existing training content and create new content
Convert existing content into e-Learning format
Things That Should Be in Your Background
Advanced understanding of Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
Proof Reading/Copy Editing experience
Software skills related to e-Learning, Instructional design and/or web design preferred
Writing and grammatical skills
Desire to learn about technology
Other Attributes That Will Help You in This Role
Enrolled in Undergraduate or Graduate program part time or full time
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented
Focused on achieving defined results, and exceeding goals and objectives
Ability to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
