Now is your chance to be part of the New Myspace. We are looking for a seasoned Integrated Marketing Manager to work in our New York office. The right individual will be a key contributor in developing creative, competitive and persuasive sales/marketing solutions.
Create integrated promotional concepts to incorporate in RFP responses
Develop intriguing and effective proactive marketing solutions to present to brand partners and agencies
Build strong relationships and work closely with internal teams including: Artist Relations, Creative Services, Editorial, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product, and Research
Be the key communicator and connection point between the sales and the support organizations
Take leadership role on the creative, strategic and execution process - ensuring teams are activated at the right time
Participate and present proposals in client meetings
Project manage and lead the execution of sold Integrated Marketing programs

RequirementsEXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
Lover of music, youth culture, marketing and Myspace (yeah, we actually want you to use and be a fan of the site you will be working for)
Calculated creativity and an eye for design
Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in online sales marketing
Agency and/or publisher experience preferred
Proven experience in developing strategic, creative, innovative and effective proposals/marketing materials
Solid understanding of internet and mobile marketing; including advertising sales and consumer marketing
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal team members
Self-motivated, driven, organized, and super detail oriented
Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment
Willingness and ability to wear multiple hats from pitch to execution phase
Excellent written and oral communication skills - ability to communicate in a concise and efficient manner
Strong PowerPoint, Keynote, Photoshop and Excel skills
Travel (10-20% of the time)
