CafePress Services is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Integration and Test Engineer to join our team in Norcross, Georgia. As an Integration and Test Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to work with new clients to evaluate and analyze their platforms and define the best approach to integrate our products and services. You will need to successfully interface with client and internal tech teams to define solution, oversee implementation, provide tech support and test assistance until launch. Test assistance may include working with development teams to automate testing and create and manage test suites.Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and help integrate client platforms with company products and services. Define solutions, provide tech support and test assistance until launch. Requires interfacing with different departments in the company - sales, marketing and engineering
Must be an accurate, detailed and effective communicator
Examine, validate and test large scale software development and deployment projects as well as help design and build intelligent systems that can explore various use cases and scenarios
Work closely with other teams to obtain their support services through project cycle
Integrate clients with company products and services and evaluate client setup and requirements Define solutions, provide tech support and test assistance until launch
Maintain KPI ? QA and Integrations, documentation and provide input to improve and expedite integration process
Manage automation and maintenance of test cases
Provide QA and Support
Requirements
MySQL, C#, excel, .NET, Ranorex, selenium and JavaScript
Able to work with aggressive timelines and quick response time and relentlessly pursue all assigned tasks to completion
Education & Experience
Bachelors in Math, Software Engineering or Computer Science preferred and / or
2-4 years of experience
