We are seeking an Integration Consultant. This person is primarily responsible for interacting with customers during the initiation and implementation phase of projects that require complex data integration services. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, implementing, training, and communicating technical information to the customer. This interaction will typically be at the Director level and above at small and medium companies who expect a high level of customer service.
Master data integration softwares such as InformaticaCloud to integrate Xactly Express offering to industry leading enterprise systems
Interact with customers with daily/weekly meetings to analyze and scope their data requirements for preparation and implementation into the Xactly Express service
Research and understand customers source data system and the needed integration/transformation to successfully implement the Xactly solution
Work with support team to create better training and documentation to help customers
Maintain meticulous notes in Salesforce.com on customer progress and issues
Partner with Sales and Implementation teams to drive results for success
Develop/maintain current and new initiation and implementation procedures
B.S. in Information Systems or similar
Strong technology and business acumen
Training and customer service skills
Experience as a technical generalist with some experience in Java programming and web technologies
Working knowledge of of scripting language such as Shell, perl, batch etc on unix/linux and windows
Working Knowledge with web technologies (J2MEE, JMS, GWT, .Net, etc.)
Working Knowledge with database technologies (Oracle, MySQL, SQL, SOQL, etc.)
Working Knowledge with enterprise financial applications (e.g. QuickBooks, Netsuite, Oracle Financials, and MS Dynamic
Strong interest in cutting edge technology/knowledge of the Internet industry
Strong analytical and problem solving skills (business & technical)
Self-aware, coachable, motivated, poised, and able to work seamlessly as part of a team
