Integration Manager Liaison Technologies
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Manager of Integration Services will lead the integration team in their mission for implementing customer requests for the addition of new trading partners, document types, connection types, or any combination thereof. The Integration Team is knowledgeable across all Liaison systems in general and knowledgeable in greater detail as it relates to the customers that they focus on. The Manager of Integration Services is also ultimately responsible for creating and maintaining all process documentation, issue tracking procedures, monitoring and monthly reporting procedures. This position will ensure appropriate staffing levels and that work schedules are maintained in order to meet customer expectations.
Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the Integration Services team. This includes communicating corporate vision and goals, effectively developing and mentoring team members, prioritizing the team's tasks and project milestones and managing any customer escalations.
Internal procedure and policy development
Partners with management and staff to improve quality, responsiveness, and service of customer requests.
Represent the Integration Services Team in meetings with clients and internal groups
Maintain weekly/monthly reporting process, issue ticketing system, and knowledge base to improve efficiency, enforce standards and facilitate metrics collection
Maintain and report against company SLAs for customer requests
Bachelor?s degree from an accredited 4 year institution
Minimum 4 Years supervisory experience (required)
Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding problem solving and analysis skills
Excellent customer service attitude
Experience with various protocols (FTP, AS2, HTTP. SMTP)
Relational database experience, preferably Oracle
Experience with Windows and Unix environments
Knowledge of SOAP and REST based web services
Experience with scripting languages beneficial
Knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and common XML standards (XCBL, CXML, OAGIS, Papinet) a plus
Computer inter/intranet savvy and proficient on Word, Excel, Outlook, and SQL
